- When the recovery of the business requires protection from Creditors, advising the effects of this on the contracts, seeking to identify the key issues to the recovery of the business and provide contractual continuity.
- Advising on contract management and management systems.
- Advising on contractual issues and dispute resolution.
- Monitoring performance and trading against agreed targets.
- Reviewing existing Performance Bonds and advising on future arrangements.
